1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through amadeusclothing.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Pricing
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
By submitting an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Amadeus is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our Shipping page.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including images, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Amadeus and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used solely to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers, payment processors). By placing an order you consent to this use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amadeus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amadeus operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
